Nestling in the glorious countryside of Worcestershire, Stourport Caravan Park provides the ideal retreat for those who seek peace and tranquillity. Although it is very much a secluded park, it is only a few minutes walk to the holiday town of Stourport on Severn and a short drive to the picturesque town of Bewdley and the City of Worcester, all of which offer a variety of shops and restaurants.
For walkers and countryside lovers, there are numerous public footpaths as well as scenic walks through the quiet country lanes, local woods and of course along the riverside. The Park is primarily aimed for the mature person, retired or semi-retired to maintain a peaceful atmosphere.
The Park is under the personal supervision of the proprietor and a full time warden who is in attendance all year round. The Park has a holiday licence and as such is only open for eleven months of the year. The Park closes 7th January to 6th February.
The Park has a laundry room including tumble dryers and it's own private fishing pegs for residents to use at their leisure.
The total rent for the season is £3,100 including VAT and standing charges. Other expenses will include gas, electricity and water which are individually metered. Any new customer entering the park after a season commences will be charged rent on a pro-rata basis appropriate to the date of commencement.
